  1. The WELCOME DINNER on the 28th October 2008 at Old Goa 8pm is finalised as follows:
    • 2 types of snacks veg and non-veg with cocktail (Chicken hariyali kabab and Vegetable Croquets
    • 1 soup (Tomato soup)
    • 2 salads (Russian Salad and Green Salad)
    • 3 Non-veg (prawn cutlet with cocktail sauce, roast chicken in red wine, pork sorpotel with sannas)
    • 2 veg (Veg Florentine and Aloo Methi)
    • 1 rice (Veg Pulao)
    • Bread rolls (Nan, roti, papad, bread rolls, pickle, curd)
    • 3 desserts (Strawberry crush), 1 ice-cream (Ice-cream with hot chocolate sauce), Bibinca

    • a) 11.00 am to 12 Noon Tea, coffee, assorted biscuits and cookies
    • b) 1pm Lunch:
      • Tossed Salad and Russian Salad
      • Posta Masala Fried
      • Handi Chicken
      • Local Fish Curry
      • Paneer and Mushroom Makhani, Local Goan Bhaji, Dal Fry
      • Peas Pulao and Rice
      • Veg. Noodles
      • Nan, roti, papad, bread rolls, pickle, curd
      • Mango Ice cream and cut fruit platter
    • c) 3pm Tea/Coffee with Sliced Cake
    • d) 7.30pm Dinner on Boat Cruise
      • Snacks- Chicken Malai Kabab and Prawn Ressois
      • Snacks- Mini cocktail samosa and Cheese pineapple stick
      • Quarter deck special salad, Green salad and Seafood salad.
